La Maison du Fruit Confit is located in Apt, in Provence's Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon. Thanks to its proximity to local orchards, it offers a variety of candied fruits made from local produce, such as bigarreau cherries from Luberon, melons and watermelons from Cavaillon, and rosé apricots from Provence.
La Maison du Fruit Confit uses mainly French fruits such as figs, plums, pears and clementines from Corsica. However, some fruits, such as oranges and lemons, are sourced from Italy or Spain, while exotic fruits, such as kiwi, pineapple and ginger, are imported from all over the world due to limited availability in France.
